The farms and vineyards of the Old Trails Region have gifted us with a bounty to celebrate! The Santa Fe Trail Food & Wine Festival is one event you don’t want to miss.
Drawing participants from the Trail’s eastern beginnings in the Boonville area and including the western Missouri, KC metro area, the festival promises to be an exciting cornucopia of local cuisine. Participants will get the opportunity to sample Missouri wines, see local chef’s in action, view artistic displays featuring local produce, and learn more about food, wine and local cuisine. Look for fun demos and seminars:
- My First Crush - making wine at home and in the winery.
- Chestnut Roast - sample delicious Missouri chestnuts.
- A Perfect Pair - local cheeses paired with Missouri wines.
- Wine 101 - everything for the beginning wine connoisseur.
- A Matter of Taste - enology and advanced wine tasting & MORE!
